Architectural and engineering services were provided which included schematic design, process layout, construction drawings and construction follow up for the design and development of a 65,000-square foot office, warehouse and service bay for the support and operation of the natural gas utility. This included analysis of the building systems, code evaluation, LEED registration and energy code coordination. The façade was evaluated for the integration of various materials and detailing of the accent materials, as well as, to coordinate with local zoning and planners.
