Architectural and engineering services were provided which included schematic design, process layout, construction drawings and construction follow up for the design and development of a 65,000-square foot office, warehouse and service bay for the support and operation of the natural gas utility. This included analysis of the building systems, code evaluation, LEED registration and energy code coordination. The façade was evaluated for the integration of various materials and detailing of the accent materials, as well as, to coordinate with local zoning and planners. Interior elevations were developed to integrate all interior finishes and equipment. Architectural and engineering services were provided for the renovation of an existing 7,200 square foot warehouse and office area to convert the building into an automobile service garage. The building was gutted to allow for new construction. The architectural and engineering services provided included: schematic design, process layout, construction drawings and construction follow up.
